We are looking for: Lead System Engineer
- MV and LV Transformers

You’ll make an impact by:
- Review and validate the engineering and design of MV and LV transformer products, including oil-immersed and dry-type transformers.
- Approve engineering calculations, design packages, general arrangement drawings, and technical documentation.
- Drive design standardization and implementation of Siemens engineering best practices.
- Lead technology development initiatives focused on energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
- Product Engineering:
- Perform and review calculations for:
- Transformer losses and efficiency
- Impedance and short-circuit withstand capability
- Thermal performance and temperature rise




- Insulation coordination and dielectric design
- Mechanical strength and structural integrity
- Project Execution & Customer Interface
- Lead engineering execution for strategic customer projects and business-critical opportunities.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, consultants, utilities, and certification agencies.
- Review customer specifications, technical tenders, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, customer meetings, and factory acceptance tests (FATs).
- Manufacturing & Quality Support:
- Provide technical leadership to manufacturing teams during production and testing.
- Support routine, type, special, and customer witness testing activities.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for field and factory quality issues.
