Lumora Creative is a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency focused on delivering innovative branding, advertising, and performance marketing solutions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Set up, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max).
- Assist in developing and executing digital advertising strategies to generate leads and improve ROI.
- Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and backlink analysis.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, videos,



and social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO basics).
- Experience managing social media advertising and organic social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console is an advantage.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
