Key Responsibilities
- Search and analyze relevant GeM tenders daily.
- Prepare and submit bids before deadlines.
- Manage GeM registration, seller account, and product catalog.
- Upload required documents and maintain tender records.
- Handle quotations, BOQ, technical & financial bids.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track tender status, orders, payments, and contract completion.
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules and government procurement guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of GeM Portal & E-Tendering.
- MS Excel, Word & PDF documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Graduation preferred (B.Com/BBA/Any Graduate).

हम GeM Portal Tender Executive की भर्ती कर रहे हैं, जो Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal पर सरकारी टेंडरों का पूरा कार्य संभाल सके। उम्मीदवार को टेंडर सर्च करना, डॉक्यूमेंट तैयार करना, ऑनलाइन बिड सबमिट करना, प्रोडक्ट लिस्टिंग करना,



ऑर्डर ट्रैक करना तथा सरकारी विभागों और कंपनी की टीम के साथ समन्वय करना होगा। (Glassdoor)

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- GeM Portal पर प्रतिदिन नए टेंडर खोजकर उनका विश्लेषण करना।
- समय सीमा के भीतर ऑनलाइन टेंडर/बिड जमा करना।
- GeM Seller Account एवं Product Catalog का प्रबंधन करना।
- आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करना और रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- BOQ, Technical Bid एवं Financial Bid तैयार करना।
- Vendor, OEM और Internal Team के साथ समन्वय करना।
- ऑर्डर, पेमेंट एवं टेंडर की प्रगति पर नज़र रखना।
- GeM Portal के नियमों एवं सरकारी खरीद प्रक्रिया का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- MIS रिपोर्ट एवं अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ तैयार करना।

योग्यता
- GeM Portal एवं E-Tendering का बेसिक ज्ञान।
- MS Excel, Word एवं PDF का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- अच्छी Communication एवं Documentation Skills।
- किसी भी विषय में स्नातक (Graduate) वरीयता प्राप्त।
