The Paralegal will work closely with senior counsels and associates on matters concerning the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and comprehensive Taxation cases (Direct and Indirect Tax). The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundational understanding of criminal procedure, economic legislation, and fiscal statutes, coupled with exceptional drafting and research skills.
Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting formal petitions, replies, written submissions, rejoinders, and applications for courts, tribunals, and appellate authorities (including PMLA Adjudicating Authority, High Courts, and Supreme Court where applicable).
Case & Evidence Analysis: Review voluminous financial documents, bank statements, asset trails, seizure memos, and show-cause notices in ED and PMLA investigations to synthesize concise summaries for litigation strategy.
Taxation Research:



Conduct meticulous legal and statutory research concerning income tax, GST, and customs tax provisions, notifications, circulars, and landmark judicial precedents.
Brief Preparation: Prepare comprehensive case briefs, compilation of judgments, and paper-books for senior counsel appearances and client conferences.
Compliance & Coordination: Monitor statutory timelines, maintain case trackers, and coordinate with clients, experts, and regulatory authorities for documentation and record management.

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
