Job Summary

Xoxoday is a SaaS fintech company looking for a Marketing Intern to join our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how B2B companies identify, engage, and nurture high-value accounts through targeted email, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing ABM campaigns targeting key accounts
Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns for target account segments
Support LinkedIn marketing efforts - organic posts, outreach sequences, and campaign tracking
Help identify and qualify leads for the ABM pipeline
Maintain and update contact/account data in HubSpot (or CRM in use)
Track campaign performance (open rates, click-through, engagement) and share basic reports
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging for target accounts

Must-Have Skills
Basic understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts
Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices




Working knowledge of LinkedIn for marketing/outreach
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM platform
Understanding of lead generation fundamentals
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Jasper) for content, outreach, or research

Valuable to Have
Prior internship/project experience in B2B marketing
Exposure to marketing automation tools
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
