Job Title: BTL Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic BTL Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through targeted below-the-line initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as activations, events, and in-store promotions
Manage on-ground activities including kiosks, sampling, and roadshows
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
Ensure proper branding and visibility at all activation points
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Handle logistics, permissions, and event setup




Maintain relationships with partners, retailers, and stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in BTL / field marketing
Solid communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Willingness to travel for on-ground activities
