Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a robust mechanical engineering background to ensure the smooth, protected, and reliable operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
Monitor equipment performance and improve machine reliability and availability.
Maintain maintenance schedules, records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize machine downtime.
Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
Manage maintenance-related spare parts and ensure their availability.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Support installation, commissioning, modification,



and improvement of machinery and utilities.
Analyze breakdown trends and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial machinery.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Good team handling and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/engineering plant with hands-on exposure to plant maintenance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
