Role Description The Placement Coordinator Intern will support the end-to-end placement process for learners enrolled with AcceleratorX. This internship role, based on-site in Bengaluru South, involves coordinating with partner organizations, scheduling interviews, and maintaining placement-related records. The intern will communicate with learners about job opportunities, collect and organize resumes, and help prepare learners for interviews through basic guidance and resource sharing.

The role also includes tracking placement outcomes, generating straightforward reports, and collaborating with the team to improve placement processes. This is a structured internship prospect that provides exposure to talent coordination and career services operations.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with learners and employer partners, both in writing and in person.




Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple placement activities and maintain accurate records.
Basic proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, documents, and email) to support reporting and coordination tasks.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to following up on interviews, feedback, and placement status.
Interest in talent management, career services, or human resources; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s program in any discipline; business, management, or HR-related studies are a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
