Role &
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day pest control operations at client sites.
Coordinate with field technicians and service teams.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper service execution.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and audit records.
Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure safety compliance and proper chemical usage.
Schedule manpower and service activities efficiently.
Support implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
Monitor service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of pest control operations and IPM.
Ability to handle field operations and client interaction.




Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting preferred.
Experienced candidates can apply.
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
