Process: Chat & Email Non-Voice Technical Support

Employment: Full time

Salary

Freshers: 3.0 – 3.5 LPA including incentives

Experienced: 4.0 – 7.0 LPA depending on relevant experience, previous CTC and interview performance

Handle customer technical queries through Chat and Email
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues




Provide accurate solutions within defined timelines
Document customer interactions and resolutions
Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company processes, SLAs and support guidelines

Required Skills
Excellent written communication skills
Positive technical and troubleshooting knowledge
Basic knowledge of Windows, internet, browsers and computer applications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused approach
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
