Job Purpose To support day-to-day operational activities, maintain accurate MIS and reports, coordinate with branches, monitor pending activities, and ensure timely completion of operational and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with branch teams regarding insurance policies, quotations, payment links, and related operational requirements.
Prepare and share Gold Loan MIS reports on an hourly/daily basis and follow up with branches showing de-growth.
Monitor inactive branches and prepare regular reports for management review.
Follow up on pending reports and ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
Review Care Insurance policy details on a weekly basis and update policy numbers in the Care MIS sheet.
Verify data accuracy and ensure all required information is properly updated in final reports at regular intervals.
Coordinate with branches to follow up and resolve audit irregularities within the stipulated timeline.
Coordinate with branches regarding Gold Loan SMA and NPA accounts and track their status and resolution.
Prepare, maintain, and update various MIS and operational reports.




Maintain proper records and documentation related to branch operations.
Coordinate with internal departments and branch teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure timely submission of reports and follow-up on pending activities.
Support management in preparing operational data, analysis, and performance reports.
Perform any other operational duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with branch teams and follow up on pending activities.
Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of Gold Loan/NBFC operations is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
