Job Role: HR Recruiter

Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions, including:
Pickers.
Packers.
Loaders.
Supervisors.
Forklift Operators.
Inventory Associates.
Shift Coordinators.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate candidate interviews with warehouse managers and department heads.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring events.
Verify candidate documents and coordinate background checks as per company policies.




Manage onboarding activities, including:
Offer letters.
Joining formalities.
Documentation.
Induction programs.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company hiring policies.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future warehouse staffing needs.
Track recruitment performance and provide regular hiring updates to management.
