Key job responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts
Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces
Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports
Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL
Able to debug and modify rapid formulas
Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
Liaise with Oracle and 3 rd party vendors for product/integration issues
Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.




Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.

OTBI Reports- Develop or extend reports with Report composer in OTBI setting
HDL(HCM Data Loader)
FBL(File Based loader)
PBL(Payroll Based loader) - Good to have
Rapid formulas
