We’re looking for a People Success Intern to join Ringg’s People team.

You’ll spend roughly 70% of your time on hiring and 30% across other People projects, from employee engagement and employer branding to onboarding to whatever fun stuff we’ll be building.

You’ll get a broad view of what it takes to build a People function at a growing startup , and the chance to work on a bunch of different things along the way.

What you’ll do

Talent Acquisition
Source, reach out to and screen candidates
Work with hiring managers and coordinate interviews
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Help us hire across tech, sales, business and more

People
Support engagement, onboarding and employee experience
Work on employer branding and internal communications




Get involved in performance and other People projects
Take on random problems and figure them out

What we’re looking for
Some TA/recruitment exposure; internships count
Outstanding communication skills
Curious and proactive
High ownership and positive follow-through
Comfortable in a rapid-moving startup where things aren't always figured out

You don’t need to know HR inside out. We care more about how you think, how quickly you learn, and whether you get work done. Do well over the 3 months, and there’s a PPO waiting for you.
