Responsibility
Take full and sole accountability for the Project PL and establish and operate the planned delivery channel - Business Partner
Oversee daily operations and Project activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate work activities.
Prepare the monthly/ quarterly Mobilisation -training - Placement plan with BP and executing the plan to ensure revenue viability and institutional feasibility.
Drive high quality of training delivery at BP batches with TEM s (Training Excellence Manager)
Ensure the pre and post assessment process with BP for the aspirants to provide the right job to the candidate.




Own Project-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources and other matters
Plan the Human Resources in the Project and with BP in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
Handle disputes if any within team and BP resolve them to the satisfaction of the organization and other stakeholders
Manage valuable relationship with BP and their associates
Ensure all reports and documentations are completed in time
Ensure all MIS is up to date with current status
Ensure all BP invoices and raised on time with proper documentation for timely payments
