Job Title: O&M; Engineer / Site Engineer

Department: Operations & Maintenance

Project: GWSSB

Key Responsibilities
Maintain O&M; project records and documentation.
Prepare and update daily reports, MIS and Excel sheets.
Handle data entry and maintain site-related records.
Prepare and maintain bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Handle ERP entries and update billing-related data.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and management.
Track work progress and maintenance activities.
Maintain proper records of work orders and billing documents.
Handle emails and routine office communication.
Provide administrative support for GWSSB O&M; operations.

Key Qualifications
Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass preferred.
Knowledge of ERP software and billing processes is required.




Knowledge of GWSSB O&M; billing and documentation will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic computer operations.
Good typing and data entry skills.
Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in GWSSB / O&M; / infrastructure billing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
