Role Description As a Performance Marketer for Fashion/Beauty/Skincare at Crepdog Crew, you will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid social, search, and display to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will work closely with the brand, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop audience-specific strategies, craft compelling ad creatives, and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, running A/B tests, managing budgets, analyzing data, and preparing reports with actionable insights. You will also identify new growth opportunities, refine targeting,



and ensure alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.

Working Days : Mon - Sat

Working Hours : 11AM-8PM

Qualifications
Robust performance marketing skills, including paid social, search advertising, and remarketing for fashion, beauty, or skincare brands.
Experience with analytics tools and dashboards to track KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines.
Knowledge of e-commerce funnels, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition strategies in D2C or retail environments.
Comfort with budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis for multi-channel campaigns.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a rapid-paced on-site environment.
Prior experience in fashion, streetwear, beauty, or skincare marketing is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
