ABOUT THE ROLE

As Operations Executive – Housekeeping, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties are guest-ready at all times. You'll lead and manage the housekeeping team, maintain quality standards across properties, and work closely with the operations lead to continuously raise the bar on presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
End-to-end housekeeping operations across all Tisya Stays properties
Scheduling, training, and day-to-day management of housekeeping staff
Property readiness checks before every guest check-in
Inventory management — linen, consumables, cleaning supplies, and amenities




Maintaining SOPs and ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards
Coordinating with the operations and guest experience team on turnovers and special requests
Identifying and escalating maintenance issues proactively

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations
Prior experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or high-end stays preferred
Solid operational discipline with a sharp eye for detail
Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team
Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented — someone who takes ownership
Ability to manage multiple properties and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive communication skills; basic proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus
