We are looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Mentor to train and mentor students in video editing and graphic design while supporting practical projects and multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Train and mentor students in video editing and graphic design concepts.
Deliver practical sessions using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
Guide students in developing creative projects and qualified portfolios.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support students in improving their technical and creative skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and graphic design.
Assist students with project work, internships, and placement preparation.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
Maintain student attendance, progress,



and assessment records.
Coordinate and assist with video shoots.
Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational content.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, multimedia, or training.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Good understanding of video production, graphic design, and visual communication.
Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Passion for teaching and helping students develop industry-ready skills.
Candidates with experience in an educational or training environment will be preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
