About the Role

Were looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot .
Build and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and clean coding standards .
Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Work with AWS cloud services to build and support scalable applications.
Design and work with both relational and NoSQL databases .
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions.

Requirements
4+ years of qualified software development experience .




Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field , preferably from a reputed institution.
Strong proficiency in Java , with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices .
Good understanding of fundamental software design principles, including MVC .
Hands-on experience working with AWS and scalable cloud environments.
Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases , such as MySQL and MongoDB .
Robust knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Complexity Analysis .
Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.
Python experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
