Key Responsibilities
Design water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
Size and specify pumps, tanks, piping, and sanitary fixtures.
Develop firefighting system layouts (hydrants, sprinklers, pump rooms).
Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS & FM codes, local fire codes.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, structure, and other MEP engineers.
Qualifications & Experience •
Bachelors degree in mechanical/civil/building services engineering.
7 years experience in plumbing and fire system design.
Knowledge of NBC, IS, and local authority regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is an advantage.
Key Skills • Robust grasp of plumbing/firefighting design principles.
Attention to detail and compliance.
Teamwork and coordination ability.
