Understand customer concerns and troubleshoot banking-related issues.

Cross-sell relevant banking products based on customer requirements.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and qualified communication.
Follow banking processes, policies, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
