We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our business and ensure smooth, productive and scalable functioning across teams and departments.

The ideal candidate should be a solid people manager, problem solver and execution-focused professional who can translate business goals into operational results.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and teams
Develop and implement SOPs, operational processes and systems
Monitor staff performance, productivity and discipline
Manage manpower planning, scheduling and resource allocation
Track sales, revenue, expenses and operational KPIs
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external partners
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Control operational costs and improve overall profitability
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues
Maintain inventory, procurement and stock-control systems




Prepare regular MIS and management reports
Support management in business expansion and new-location launches
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and applicable regulations
