Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-opening setup and operational readiness of the resort.
Plan and coordinate operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.
Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational processes.
Plan manpower requirements and support recruitment, training, and team building.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely completion of operational requirements.
Ensure all rooms, facilities, equipment, and guest areas are ready before opening.
Manage inventory, procurement, operational budgets, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
Conduct trial runs and resolve operational gaps before the resort launch.
Take responsibility for smooth opening, guest experience, and overall resort operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
