Job Responsibilities:
Handle customers after the completion of the sales process.
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery, installation, and service.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, installation, and service teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.
Resolve post-sales issues and escalate them when required.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage customer expectations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,535.41 per month
