Key Responsibilities
Provide post-sales technical support for AV and IT solutions.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical assistance.
Coordinate and support installation, configuration, troubleshooting and integration of AV equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, networking, and AV-related issues.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Conduct remote and in office technical support whenever required.
Provide basic support for video conferencing, displays, headsets, audio systems, and control systems
Prepare service reports, installation reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
Follow up with customers after installation to ensure proper functioning of the solution.
Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer complaints

Required skills:




Valuable understanding of AV and IT equipment and solutions.
Basic knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Knowledge of AV systems such as displays, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
Excellent understanding of Windows, hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Educational qualification:
Diploma/B.TECH/ BCA/ MCA or in related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the AV/IT industry or related field.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
