: Principal – Academic & Physics

We are looking for an experienced Principal with a robust Physics background to lead the institution’s academic.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all academic activities, curriculum, examinations, and results.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
Ensure high standards of teaching, discipline, and student development.
Handle academic planning, timetables, assessments, and school operations.
Support Physics and STEM education and promote practical learning.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, students, and management.
Manage day-to-day academic and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements
Master’s and BED degree in Physics or a related field.
Solid teaching and academic leadership experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage all academic matters.
- Prior experience in a senior academic/administrative role preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
