Job Role: Franchise Operations Executive / Manager

Job Description
Manage the daily operations of franchise outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with franchise partners to identify and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Monitor outlet performance and prepare regular operational reports.
Conduct regular franchise visits, inspections, and audits.
Train and guide franchise staff on operational procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams for smooth business execution.
Track and monitor:
Inventory levels.
Customer feedback.
Operational KPIs.
Outlet performance.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the launch of recent franchise outlets.
Support onboarding and coordination with current franchise partners.
Maintain robust relationships with franchise partners and provide ongoing operational support.
Ensure franchise outlets consistently meet company service and performance standards.
