We’re hiring a Process Support Executive – Night Shift to join our team at VDart, Trichy.

About the Role

Responsibilities
Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, and Technology teams
Understand and document user requirements and issues
Track open items and ensure timely follow-up
Support testing of fixes and enhancements
Maintain process trackers and status updates
Support users with process/application-related queries
Help improve existing processes and workflows

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Process Support, Operations, Application Support, Project Coordination,



Recruitment Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles

Required Skills
Robust communication and follow-up skills
Good documentation and coordination ability
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Basic understanding of technology and business applications
Strong ownership and execution mindset
Comfortable working in a night shift

Preferred Skills
You do not need to be from a technical background. What matters more is your ability to understand a problem, communicate clearly, coordinate with the right people, and get things done.
