Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing current clients. The role involves online bidding, email marketing, and generating leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels.

This role requires a solid combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote and sell IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
Familiarity with web development, app development, or digital marketing services. Experience in CRM/ERP implementation lifecycle and customer onboarding.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
