Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters from a reputed college
First class or better
No gaps in education
Major in Computer Science / Information Technology
CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Product Owner certification would be preferred
Years of experience required: 3 to 6 years
Preferred industry: Telematics / IoT / Fleet Management

Job Responsibilities
Elicit and analyze requirements from UK stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Understand and interpret machine-specific specification documents across different equipment types.
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Explain the business context and "why" behind requirements to development/engineering teams.
Participate in solution discussions and proactively suggest product improvements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and feature validation.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and stakeholder expectations.

Technical Skills
Must have SQL knowledge and basic understanding of coding
Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and data flows between connected systems.




Understanding of data models, reporting requirements, and analytics dashboards.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and functional documentation.

Nice to Have
Understanding of telematics, IoT, and connected equipment ecosystems.
Ability to interpret machine data, telemetry signals, fault codes, and operational metrics.
Familiarity with GPS tracking, geofencing, utilisation reporting, diagnostics, maintenance alerts, and machine health data.
Ability to identify prospects for applying AI and automation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product outcomes.

Tools (Required)
Working knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
Experience in wireframing tools such as Figma and Balsamiq.
Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in product management activities would be desirable.
