Job Role: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark Store

Key Responsibilities
Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.
Pick items accurately according to customer orders.
Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
Handle day-to-day dark store operations.
Perform putaway activities and arrange products in designated locations.
Conduct item audits and verify stock and product details.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
Ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Follow store safety and operational procedures.
Complete assigned daily productivity targets.
Training will be provided after joining.

Salary & Perks
Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, depending on location.
Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000.
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000.
