Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Description
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Provide relevant information about products, services, and processes.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Degree.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.




Languages: English and Hindi.
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused and skilled approach.

Salary & Incentives
Freshers: ₹12,800 per month + incentives.
Experienced: ₹15,000 per month.
Performance-based incentives as applicable.
