About the Job Opening:- Lead end-to-end delivery of Gen AI / AI-based solutions across multiple projects/programs.
Manage large, cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Architects, and Developers.
Establish and monitor program governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
Implement and scale Agile methodologies (Scrum, Protected, Kanban) across AI/ML programs.
Ensure adherence to up-to-date SDLC practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps.
Support talent development and capability building in Gen AI and Agile practices.
Collaborate with architects to define scalable, secure, and performant AI solutions
