Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, sourcing, and timely availability of materials required for dealership operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile dealership, automotive, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day procurement and purchase activities.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Source automobile parts, accessories, consumables, stationery, equipment, and other required materials.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, invoices, and purchase documentation.
Coordinate with Accounts,



Stores, Service, Sales, and other departments.
Track pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related issues.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and current vendors.
Ensure procurement is done within approved budgets and company policies.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Requirements
Graduate in any Diploma/Degree related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.
Automobile dealership or automotive industry experience preferred.
Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/purchase systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
