Job Title: Sales Head

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to drive business growth in the Civil Construction Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and lead sales teams across Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat.
- Generate current business and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
- Expand market presence and achieve regional sales targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction Materials Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and manage regional sales teams.
- Strong architect/builder network will be preferred.
- Experience in Precast/Prefab products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
