Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client follow-ups.
- Assist in sales activities by preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of UPS batteries and other products.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/database.
- Liaise between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate product and service information.
- Track sales performance, assist with sales reports, and support forecasting efforts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Help organize trade shows, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for issue resolution

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,338.22 per month
