We are looking for a confident and proactive Outreach Specialist who can represent our brand, build meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers, and generate qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct B2B cold calling and outbound outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
-Engage with CXOs, CEOs, Directors, Founders, and other C-suite executives with confidence and professionalism.
-Initiate conversations, understand business requirements, and secure in-person meetings with senior decision-makers for the sales leadership team.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
-Manage and update all client interactions, meeting schedules, and lead status in the CRM system.




-Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
-Represent Elcom Digital at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions, including ICAI, CA, and other finance and technology events.
-Generate qualified leads through events, networking, and outbound prospecting.
-Achieve monthly outreach, meeting booking, and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-1-3 years of experience in Outreach, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales within the IT/SaaS industry.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with CEOs, CXOs, Founders, Directors, and C-suite executives.
-Strong executive presence with the confidence to represent the company professionally. -Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
-Ability to convince and schedule face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders.
