About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Align content with brand voice, audience, search intent, and business objectives.
- Write compelling headlines, introductions, value propositions, section copy, and CTAs.
- Simplify complex business and technology concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Perform keyword and search-intent research and translate findings into content strategies.
- Optimize for primary/secondary keywords, topic clusters, internal linking, meta titles/descriptions, headers, featured snippets, long-tail queries, and semantic relevance.
- Create conversion-focused content and CTAs based on the user's position in the buyer journey.
- Stay current with modern content styles, UX-friendly structure, storytelling, comparisons, FAQs, statistics, use cases, and problem-to-solution content.
- Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, outlining, repurposing, editing, and improvement while maintaining originality, accuracy, and brand voice.
- Build content plans, topic clusters, pillar content, content-gap strategies, and repurposing opportunities.




- Collaborate with SEO, design, development, sales, and product teams.
- Track content performance and use data to improve existing content.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of skilled content creation/writing experience.
- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, topical relevance, and content optimization.
- Experience creating website, landing-page, and conversion-focused content.
- Strong CTA and customer-journey understanding.
- Strong research, fact-checking, and information synthesis skills.
- Understanding of content structure and website UX.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent AI tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective content.
