Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor the manufacturing process while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.




- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Train production staff on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the frozen food manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with products such as:
- Frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products
- Momos
- Burger Patties
- French Fries
- Frozen Snacks
- Formed Products
- Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and production planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
