About the RoleKaleen Lifestyle Private Limited needs an organized Accounts Assistant for our finance team in Jaipur. You will help manage daily bookkeeping, support tax filings, and keep financial records clean and accurate.Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, purchases, cash, and bank entries accurately.
- Reconciliation: Complete regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Ledger Management: Track accounts payable and receivable, following up on payments.
- Tax Support: Assist with GST and TDS computations and filing preparation.
- Reporting: Help create MIS reports and assist during month-end or year-end closures.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in an accounting role.
- Education: B.Com or M.Com degree.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on practice with Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Knowledge: Clear grasp of basic accounting rules, GST, and TDS.
- Soft Skills: Positive attention to detail, clear communication, and time management.
