- Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors at the site/office.
- Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
- Manage front desk operations, calls, and visitor logs.
- Support sales team with client handling and basic project information.
- Ensure a pleasant customer experience and maintain reception area standards.
- Handle client queries and follow up for resolutions.
