The Role
- Administer, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and other platform components as applicable.- Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Administer and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, ensuring secure and reliable file exchanges.- Implement security best practices, including SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication, authorization, and API security policies.




- Automate routine administrative and operational tasks using scripting.- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Provide production support and participate in 24x7 rotational shift and on-call support as required.
