Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relations
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporate organisations, industries, government

offices, and institutional clients.
- Identify new corporate clients for employee health check-up programs, annual health packages, and

healthcare tie-ups.
- Conduct regular corporate visits to promote the hospital's healthcare services.
- Organise corporate presentations, health awareness sessions, and wellness camps.

Insurance & TPA Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and TPAs.
- Coordinate for empanelment with insurance companies and corporate organisations.
- Ensure timely renewal of empanelments and agreements.
- Resolve issues related to insurance approvals, claim processes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the billing and insurance departments for smooth patient facilitation.

Business Development




- Generate new business opportunities from corporate organisations.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets for corporate tie-ups.
- Increase referrals from insurance partners and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for corporate healthcare services.

Public Relations & Brand Promotion
- Represent the organisation at corporate meetings, networking events, healthcare conferences, and

business forums.
- Promote the hospital's specialities, facilities, and healthcare packages.
- Develop long-term relationships with HR departments, CSR teams, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate branding and promotional activities with the marketing team.

Patient & Corporate Support
- Facilitate VIP, corporate, and insured patients.
- Ensure prompt resolution of complaints raised by corporate clients and insurance partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless patient services.
