We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the complete payroll.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment




- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements and skills
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Skills: Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, HR software, and best practices
- Must have good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of HRMS software and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
