Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling buyer inquiries and order execution.
- Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing, purchase orders, and production status reports.
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments for raw materials and sample development.
- Track order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with buyers regarding order updates, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, and customer communications.
- Support merchandising activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of merchandising experience,



preferably in home têxtiles, blankets, rugs, or furnishing products.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of merchandising processes, production planning, and quality standards.
