Profile: Sales Executive (Surgical Implants)-Surat

Experience:
1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the medical devices, surgical implants, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry. About the role:
Roles:
Promote and sell Trauma & Spine surgical implant products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions. Build and maintain solid relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital purchase departments, and channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. Coordinate with surgeons and OT staff during product evaluations and surgical procedures, whenever required. Generate enquiries,



prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate sales reports, customer visit records, and market feedback. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries and resolve customer concerns. Qualification:
Bachelor//'s Degree in BBA, B.Com, or any relevant discipline.
