Job Description - Site Incharge (Civil)

Position: Site Incharge - Civil
Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh
Industry: Bridge & Infrastructure Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3-7 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site execution activities.
- Execute the installation of Bridge Bearings, Bridge Expansion Joints, Building Expansion Joints, and Seismic Joints as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site measurements, and execution documentation.
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.




- Resolve site-related technical issues and support project billing and documentation.

Required Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in civil site execution.
- Hands-on experience in Bridge Bearings, Bridge Expansion Joints, Building Expansion Joints, and Seismic Joints.
- Robust knowledge of infrastructure and bridge construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
- Experience in Bridge, Highway, Railway, Metro, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience working with NHAI, PWD, CPWD, Railways, Metro, or EPC Contractors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
