Job Summary

Responsibilities

Manage sales activities and business development in the assigned territory.

Handle customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Manage and guide the sales team.

Develop strong relationships with industrial customers.

Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in sales.

Experience in selling capital goods is preferred.

Experience with industrial equipment, weighing solutions, agro products, or similar technical products.

Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
