- Its a "International BPO Voice Sales process".
- Able to deal with irritated and frustrated customers.
- Fluent speaking, listening and understanding US accent skills.:
- Ability to strongly negotiate/convince the clients and close the deal
- A self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5 days working in a week (Mon
- Fri), Fixed weekend off.
- 6 months to 5 years experienced.:
- Fixed shift timings from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
